A One Nikah is for Muslim men and women looking for a Nikah, and for the families who help them. One profile per person, your own photographs, and your own details.
What to write in your profile
- Your real name, age, city and education. Nothing invented.
- Say plainly what you are looking for in a life partner.
- No phone numbers, email addresses or links in the profile text - the website passes a contact number on only when both sides are ready.
Photographs
- A clear photograph of yourself. Not somebody else, not a picture from the internet.
- Modest clothing, no indecent pictures. Every photograph is looked at before it appears.
- Your photographs carry a watermark and are shown only to the members you allow.
How to speak to a family
- Be courteous. Walk away from anybody who is not.
- Involve your family early - this is a Nikah, not a chat.
- Meet in a public place, with family present.
Money
Never send money to another member, whatever the reason given. A One Nikah will never ask you for money outside the plans shown on the Membership page, and never through a personal account.
