Welcome to A One Nikah Com. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services or registering on the platform. By creating a profile or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms.
1. 🕌 Purpose & Service Overview
* 💍 Exclusive Matrimonial Platform: A One Nikah Com is a dedicated online matrimonial bureau created exclusively for the Muslim community to facilitate genuine and suitable marriage proposals (Nikah).
* 🚫 Not a Dating Platform: This platform is strictly for marriage. It is NOT intended for dating, casual chatting, friendship, or social entertainment.
* 👥 Mandatory Role of Guardians (Wali/Parents):
* 📝 Profile Creation: Candidates or their parents/guardians are free to create a profile.
* 🤝 Meetings & Nikah: Any direct or virtual meeting between the prospective bride and groom, as well as the Nikah ceremony, MUST take place strictly in the presence and with the consent of parents/guardians.
* ⚠️ Strict Warning & Legal Disclaimer: Any independent or unsupervised meeting between candidates is strictly prohibited under our platform policies. If users choose to meet without guardian supervision, the entire responsibility lies solely with the user and their family. A One Nikah Com does not support, endorse, or accept any liability for such actions.
2. 📋 Eligibility & Registration Rules
* 🌙 Community Eligibility: Services are available exclusively to members of the Muslim community.
* 🔞 Legal Age Limit: Individuals below the legally valid marriageable age (under 18 years) are not eligible to register on this platform.
* 👨‍👩‍👧 Authorized Profile Creation: Profiles may only be created for oneself or by immediate family members (e.g., parents for son/daughter, siblings, or close relatives).
* 🚷 Strict Prohibition on Commercial Agents/Brokers: Third-party agents, commercial brokers, or representatives of other matrimonial agencies are strictly prohibited from registering or collecting data on this platform. Violators may face account termination and legal action.
3. 🛡️ Privacy, Verification, Liability & Anti-Dowry Policy
* 🆔 Identity Verification: The platform reserves the right to request identity proof (such as Passport, Driving License, or government-issued ID) to maintain security and authenticity.
* 🔒 Data Privacy & Security: Tampering with, misusing, or sharing any user's biodata, contact details, or photos on external platforms without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
* ❌ Prohibition on Dowry & Cash Transactions:
* A One Nikah Com strictly opposes and does NOT support the practice of Dowry or any cash/financial transactions between families.
* Any financial exchange or gift given between families is strictly their personal matter. A One Nikah Com shall not be held liable or responsible for any financial losses or disputes arising therefrom.
* 🔍 Self-Background Verification:
* Users and their families are solely responsible for conducting thorough background verification (social, financial, personal, and moral background) of the prospective match before proceeding further.
* ⚖️ Post-Marriage Dispute Disclaimer:
* If any dispute, marital conflict, financial disagreement, or legal matter arises between the families after finalizing a match or after the Nikah, both families shall be solely responsible. A One Nikah Com functions only as an information-sharing platform and will not be a party to any family or legal disputes.
4. 📞 Communication & Conduct Policy
* ⏰ Allowed Contact Hours: Members are permitted to contact each other (via calls, messages, or WhatsApp) strictly between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
* 🛑 Conduct Upon Rejection:
* If a profile or family declines or rejects a proposal, repeatedly calling, messaging, or pressuring them is strictly forbidden.
* Harassing any member after a refusal will result in an immediate account block.
* 🕊️ Respectful Behavior: Use of abusive, vulgar, misleading, or offensive language on the platform or during communication is strictly prohibited.
* ✅ Accurate Information: All information provided in the profile (age, education, profession, marital status, etc.) must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information will lead to immediate account suspension without prior notice.
5. 💳 Payment & Refund Policy
* ⚡ Service Activation: Paid/premium services will be activated only after successful receipt of the prescribed membership fee.
* 🎯 Matchmaking / Success Fee:
* In addition to the initial registration/membership fee, once a match is successfully finalized through our platform, payment of the designated Matchmaking / Success Fee is mandatory.
* This main fee will be communicated to you in advance based on your profile category and selected service plan.
* 🚫 Non-Refundable Policy: Fees paid to A One Nikah Com are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
* 🛠️ Exception: Refunds will only be considered in verified cases of duplicate payments or technical processing errors.
6. 🚫 Account Termination
* 🔒 If any user is found violating the above terms, privacy rules, or safety guidelines, A One Nikah Com reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently delete/block the account without prior notice or refund.
