2. 🚨 Violation, Non-Muslim Registration & Account Removal Policy
In any of the following circumstances, your membership or registration will be immediately cancelled without prior notice, your profile will be permanently removed, your account will be blocked across all platforms, and all fees paid will be completely forfeited (non-refundable):
* 🚫 Strict Prohibition on Non-Muslim Registration & Nikah: A One Nikah Com is dedicated exclusively to members of the Muslim community. If any non-Muslim individual registers, purchases a membership, or attempts to seek Nikah/proposals on this platform, their profile will be deleted immediately, their access will be blocked across all groups and services, and their membership fee will be completely forfeited without refund.
* ❌ Violation of Terms: Failure to adhere to the platform’s rules, privacy policies, safety guidelines, or general decorum.
* 🤥 False or Misleading Information: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile (e.g., incorrect age, hidden marital status, false income, or forged credentials).
* ⚠️ Misbehavior or Disputes: Engaging in disputes, abusive language, harassment, or coercive behavior toward other members, their families, or our administrative team.
* 🚷 Removal from Groups or Website: If you are removed or blocked from our WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, or website due to any disciplinary action or policy violation, paid fees will not be refunded.

* 🚷 Multiple Profiles Prohibited: A single membership cannot be used to list, manage, or search proposals for multiple candidates within the same family (e.g., siblings or relatives).
* 🆔 Separate Registration Required: If you are seeking proposals for more than one family member, a separate registration and membership fee is mandatory for each individual candidate.
4. ⏰ Validity & Renewal Policy
* ⏳ Membership Duration: Your membership remains active for a specific, predetermined validity period based on your chosen plan.
* 🔄 Mandatory Renewal: Upon expiry of your membership tenure, you must renew your membership by paying the applicable renewal fee to continue accessing new proposals and services.
* 🛑 Service Suspension Upon Expiry: If the membership is not renewed upon expiration, profile visibility and service access will be automatically suspended.
5. 🤝 Matchmaking / Success Fee
* 🎯 Final Success Fee: In addition to the initial membership fee, once a marriage proposal is successfully finalized through A One Nikah Com, payment of the designated Matchmaking / Success Fee is mandatory.

6. 📈 Right to Modify Fees
* 🔄 Future Fee Adjustments: A One Nikah Com reserves the absolute legal right to revise, increase, or decrease its membership fees, renewal charges, or success fees at any time in the future.
* 📢 Applicability: Revised rates will apply only to new registrations or subsequent renewals.
