1. Muslim matches only
This franchise is for Muslim Nikah and matchmaking only. Non-Muslim profiles or matches are not allowed.

2. Honesty and verified profiles
The franchise holder will be completely honest with every candidate and family. No false, misleading or incomplete information may be given. Every profile submitted or handled must be genuine and verified.

3. Payments and fees
All membership payments are collected only through the official website, with its online payment methods. The franchise holder may not take cash offline, and may not charge anything above the membership prices set by A One Nikah. The franchise registration fee is not refundable.

4. Your clients, your database
The franchise panel and the profiles in it are for the franchise holder's own registered clients. The database or any profile in it may not be shared, sold or passed to another mediator, broker or bureau — anyone else who wants to work with A One Nikah takes their own franchise. While holding this franchise, the holder will not run a franchise of a competing matchmaking service.

5. The good name of A One Nikah
The franchise holder will do nothing — in person, in public or on social media — that damages the reputation or dignity of A One Nikah or the people behind it.

6. If the franchise ends
When the franchise ends or is cancelled, the holder stops using the platform at once and permanently deletes every client profile, record and material belonging to A One Nikah.

7. If these terms are broken
Breaking any of these terms ends the franchise immediately and blocks the account without notice. Fees and any commission still held are forfeited, and A One Nikah may take the matter further.
