- An online marriage bureau that provides relationships for the Muslim community. This is not a dating app or a friendship platform, so a guardian is required.
2. Rules:
This platform is only for the Muslim community.
- People under 18 years of age cannot create a profile.
- Providing Aadhaar or other identity proof may be required.
- Providing all information correctly is mandatory; incorrect information may result in account closure.
- Using abusive language or repeatedly harassing anyone is strictly prohibited.
- Calls/messages are prohibited before 8 am and after 11 pm.
- Relationship verification is the user's responsibility; the platform will not be held responsible for any disputes.
- Tampering with any data/photos or sharing them without permission is prohibited.
- Professional brokers/agents/other marriage bureaus are not allowed.
- A profile can only be created for yourself or your relative (son/daughter/brother/sister).
- Please WhatsApp us to submit your profile or for any other information. Please note: Do not make standard voice calls to this number at night; please call during the day. You may send WhatsApp messages at any time, day or night.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
The service will be considered active only after payment has been made.
Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the case of a technical error or duplicate payment.
4. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information will be protected as per our Privacy Policy.
You agree that certain basic details may be shared with potential matches to facilitate connections.
